To view and manage orders you received, just follow these steps.
Step 1: On your Organization Dashboard, click the More tab then click Shortcuts.
Step 2: Select Rescue Store, and select View Orders.
This will redirect you to the New Orders
page where you can see all orders to manage.
Step 3: You have the option to view the order details or mark it as completed.
Step 4: When viewing the orders, you can see your customer’s billing and shipping address, their contact information, and the item they ordered.
Step 5: You can also manage the order status by clicking Shipped, Refund, or Cancelled.
