Very well organized, great communication, and nice people. It was really fun and special to play a small part in this rescue journey.

We won’t ever forget our first three passengers Roscoe, Chloe, and Thor – three sweet dachshunds!!

Tell us about your passenger/s (behavior, demeanor, etc)?
All three were perfect passengers. I do think they were road weary after a very long day of travel (we had the last leg)) and they seemed a bit bewildered about what was going on but they were as sweet as they could be and were champs in the car!
Why did you take this transport, what compelled you to help?
I found Doobert through a volunteer matching website. My husband and I thought this was a perfect opportunity to get involved with a cause we are passionate about. The flexibility of it all was perfect for us right now. We jumped at the chance to do our first transport. We hope to do many more!
