How Adding Your Volunteers to Doobert Benefits Animal Rescue As A Whole

One of the most common questions we get from organizations is, “Why do we need to add our volunteers and staff to Doobert?” And, you’re probably wondering the same thing.

You’re already keeping in contact with your volunteers and staff outside of the Doobert platform, so why add them? How will that benefit you as an organization?

Well—believe it or not—encouraging your volunteers and staff to become part of the Doobert community will not only benefit them and your organization but animal rescue as a whole.

How Does Adding Your Volunteers Benefit Animal Rescue?

Our goal with Doobert is to connect volunteers to organizations that need them. And we’re aiming to expand our database enough to make it possible for all organizations to find passionate volunteers that can help them with whatever they need.

Volunteers Get More Opportunities to Help

You may have volunteers with schedules that don’t fit your needs or know of people who are offering skills that your organization isn’t exactly looking for.

Instead of turning these people away, you can give them the opportunity to connect with an organization that does need them by letting them know about Doobert.

It’s Easier to Find Your Perfect Match

The more volunteers we have on the platform, the easier it will be for you and other organizations to find the volunteers you need for specific tasks.

And, the more organizations we have, the more convenient it will be for volunteers to find the one that matches their availability and the skills they have to offer.
