How to Add Volunteer Permissions

Did you know that you can give your Doobert-registered volunteers permission to co-manage your organization’s account?

 

You have complete control over which functionalities you give them access to.

 

Maybe you need someone to oversee transports or manage animal profiles; you can easily restrict a volunteer’s access to only those specific tasks.

 

Here’s a step-by-step guide to giving volunteer permissions.

 

 

How to Add Volunteer Permissions #

 

Step 1: On your Organization Dashboard, click the Partners tab #

Step 2: Select Partners #

Step 3: Click Search #

Step 4: Select Add Volunteer Permissions #

 

 

Step 4: Find the volunteer you want to give permission to #

You can type in their name or email address in the search box.

Step 5: Click on the name of the volunteer #

Step 6: Click View Profile #

Step 7: Click Invite User #

You’ll find the Invite User button on the bottom of the volunteer’s profile.

Step 8: Choose the volunteer’s access level #

Check the boxes beside the functions that you want to give your volunteer access to and click the Invite User button on the bottom.
