After a brief closure, Franklin County Animal Rescue, also known as FCAR reopened their doors with the help of amazing volunteers. They continue to serve their community and the animals they all love. Though still going through some financial hardships almost two years in, they keep moving forward, always striving to reconcile the overpopulation of cats with the community itself and find good, permanent homes for the animals that come into their care.
