Pet FBI is a free online database for all 50 states including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands where pet owners can search and ask for advice in finding their beloved pet. Through their database and social media platforms, volunteers will quickly respond and answer your messages and offer advice on how to find your pet. Their statistics show that only 17-30% of dogs and only 2% of cats are recovered through shelters.
