The other transporters were awesome! On-time and very friendly. I am enjoying meeting new people as much as I’m enjoying helping these rescued animals!
Were there any memorable moments from this transport?
I love seeing the animals for the first time, and just spending some time loving on them.
What could have made this transport better?
Well, it was cold and rainy that day, so the weather could’ve been better. But aside from that, it was awesome!
Tell us about your passenger/s (behavior, demeanor, etc)?
Pippa was restless. But, she’s pregnant, so she may have found it difficult to get comfortable, and I’m sure she was afraid. My husband sat in the back seat with her and kept reassuring her…this seemed to help.
Why did you take this transport, what compelled you to help?
I am an empty-nester. I have time on my hands on the weekend. I wanted to do something to help others. I’ve only done two transports so far, but I’m really enjoying it. It’s very rewarding!
